Will this item fit Pentair NSP60 pump? The belly clamp was cut off by pool people last year.

The NSP60 is a D.E. filter. The 79111000 is not a clamp for a filter. It is a clamp for a light. The clamp for the NSP60 is 191805 (4600-1805).

My Pentair SAM light is taking in water. It looks to be missing the rubber washer on the existing unitension wire assembly. When I took apart the unbroken glass lens. The clamp, unitension wire assembly was on as tight as it could be. Could the rubber washer be the cause of the leak?

Hi Barbara, It's possible but cant say for certain. I would recommend replacing the Unitension Wire Assy Clamp (79111000), & Pentair Lens Gasket Amerlite & SAM Light (791016) just to be certain.
