Greg, for a Fiberglass pool you'll need the Cork Shoes 4Pk for Vinyl/Fiberglass (AXV413P) or if you want to get the Tune-Up Kit, Pool Vac Vinyl/Fiberglass (AXV321) will also work.

I have an old hayward navigation cleaner and one of the wings are not moving like it should (much slower then the other) will this kit fix that or do I need an additional kit?

This kit will be great if the shoes (rubber feet) and flaps are worn down and need replacing, but this will not resolve your problem. The A-frames and pods have wallowed out the hole where the two connect. I would recommend replacing the Universal A-frame Kit and the Pod Kit (axv417whp). This will resolve the one side not moving like it should issue.

The Hayward navigator was not climbing the walls and there was wear on bottom of cleaner.

Replace feet at bottom of cleaner and replace fins.

I felt this kit was a good value for the money. Easy to change out parts and there was an instruction booklet included which was very helpful.

Pros: Ease of instructions/installation.

Cons: No vac cleaner arms.

The kit was easy to install with the instructions provided. It took me about 15 minutes to complete the task. The only down fall was the lack of the vac arms. I could have swarn it said the kit came with them. Other than that all else was great and I would recommend the kit to all.
