The control panel on our pool heat pump was not responding to the buttons being pressed.

1. Did an internet search for the part I needed.
2. Results show INYOpools.com as having the part.
3. Researched your company on Internet for comments and ratings.
4. All looked good. Ordered part inline and received it in a few days.
5. Replaced (with power removed at breaker box) control panel. It was easy. Power back on. It works I am HAPPY!.

2) removed screws holding control board assembly in place.
3) slipped control board out of it's frame, unplugged it from the wiring harness.
4) Installed new control board following steps above in reverse order.
