how much for individual screen?

The individual grids for the DEX3600DC would be the FG1003 36 Sq. Ft. Full Grid and you would need 7 of those, PG1903 36 Sq. Ft. Partial Grid and you would only need 1 of those. If you need to replace the entire set you can get FG1003PACK.

There may have been too much water that due to gravity and loss of pressure drained back into the pool. You may simply just need to open your pump lid and fill the pool plumbing lines up with water for a few minutes as well as the pump itself. Also, just before starting the pump, place the multiport valve into the waste position and this may help remove the air lock that may be the cause of the issue. Once the pump primes you can shut off the pump and place the valve back into the filter position to continue priming. Be sure that waste line is open and not blocked when it is in the waste position.

We have a de3620 filter. When on, sends clouds of de in water. Assume filter cartrige is to be replaced. Is that the problem? What cartrige number to use?

Yes it is a 99% chance that the issue your having is due to broken DE Grids. You would require the Hayward DE3620 Replacement Grid Kit.

Is there a difference between these DE filters and the DEX3600DA set? Are they compatible with the same tank system?

A  Answered on 7/3/2016 by InyoPools Product Specialist Alex V.

Nate, The DEX3600DC is a grid assembly and the DEX3600DA is a single grid.

What is the difference between a Haywood filter grid Model 3620 and a Haywood Micro Clear
 Reply

A  Answered on 9/28/2016 by InyoPools Product Specialist Hector F.

There really is little to no difference. The Micro Clear is an obsolete model. The Pro Grid is a newer model that uses some of the same internal parts and valves as the Micro Clear.

The model # on my filter shows DE3850. What filter grids does it take?
 Reply

A  Answered on 5/11/2017 by InyoPools Product Specialist Hector F.

Unfortunately, that model is not listed on our site nor google. You can send us an image through our support request page here or email images to upload@inyopools.com so we can try and identify the filter model. You would need to send a few images of the outside of the filter body.

If you are referring to the Hayward D.E. Microclear D.E. filter then if you click here the grids are listed at keys 15, 16 and the entire grid assembly is the last item listed on the diagram.

Just found holes in grids on Hayward Pro 3620 - can I replace just grids - easy for DIY - or should I get entire grid assembly
 Reply

A  Answered on 9/17/2019 by InyoPools Product Specialist Hector F.

Really you can do either and I think it is a fairly doable DIY job. If you need just the grids, the pack for all of them is part number FG1003PACK

This is the entire grid assembly for the MicroClear DE 3600.  Most people only need to replace the Grids.  Here is a link to the grids for the DE3600...36 sqft Grid Pack 18" (7 Full & 1 Partial) - FG1003PACK
