My pool installer put a sand cove all the way around the bottom ring of my pool , will these steps work with my pool size i have that cove and they will not be able to push all the way up to the bottom edge

The Majestic Step (NE1100) will in fact work and install properly on a pool that has a cove of 3” or less. The manufacturer takes this measurement by measuring from the pool wall to how far out the pool cove goes from the wall.

Does the Majestic Wedding Cake Step have a set of steps for the outside of the pool? I do not have a deck,but love these stairs.

Is your pool a flat bottom pool or is it a dished pool? Basically you need to make sure that the floor where the step will be sitting on is a flat surface. You can view a more in depth description of the Majestic 8000 Step here.

I am trying to find a replacement part for the arm that attaches to the deck from the handle for the Innovaplas Majestic Above Ground Pool Steps. The part is called the deck support and the part number from the company is 160-001. Please let me know if you have this part.

Can't get stairs to stay down. Put rocks in the ballast and suction cups don't work. Stairs float. Deck attachment has cracked. How do I get stairs to stay down and how much to replace the deck attachment?

There is also a couterweight that you can fill with sand on the 3rd step down. Also the deck support is 54.99. Part number 160-001 but has no image. I have the majestic 8005 steps. My handrail is broken, would the replacement rail on the 8000 model fit the 8005 as well?

Cathy, The Majestic 8005 model has a different style handrail from the 8000 model.
