Screwdriver, Nut Drivers, Adjustable Wrench
Drain pool
Remove old liner (we cut it out in pieces to be able to throw it away easier)
Flatten sand
We had to add extra sand to get a good cove
Spread out new liner
Cut off "j-hook" portion of liner - BE CAREFUL HERE - if you pull too quickly it can rip funny. Slowly pull. Especially around the seam
Work new liner into bead reciever

I was stoked about how nice this liner looked, we worked hard to get the sand flattened and nice then once everything was installed I saw right on the seam the design didn't match up. We installed the seam away from the steps as we were worried the seam was a weak spot so we didn't want the extra pressure next to the stairs. Now we look directly across the pool to a mismatch design.
