Cancellation Policy: Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

All orders placed by a customer either online or by phone are subject to Inyo's Cancellation Policy terms & conditions.

While a customer may send an email or call after hours voicemail requesting the cancellation of an order, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE CUSTOMER CHAT AND SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (C.S.R.) TO MAKE SURE THEIR REQUEST IS ACKNOWLEDGED BY INYO (we would also recommend that you notate the C.S.R.'s name, extension, and date & time of the CHAT to cancel). That being said, an order cancellation request is not officially canceled until Inyo has confirmation from their supplier that the order has not shipped and can be canceled. Inyo will make every attempt to meet the customer's request to cancel. In some cases it is impossible to retrieve the package amongst the hundreds of packages waiting to be picked up by the shipping company and will ship out regardless of the cancellation request (in this case the order cannot be canceled and is subject to Inyo's Return Policy. Also, Inyo has automated services that run 24/7, so an order placed over a weekend may already be at the supplier's ready to ship by Monday morning. If Inyo is able to cancel an order before it ships - Inyo will send an official "order cancellation" email to the email address on file. Back Orders
An item is considered to be on back order if it is not available to ship out within 5 business days. Items can be on back order for as little as a few days up to several weeks and in rare cases months. A customer must follow Inyo's cancellation terms & conditions above in order to cancel a back ordered item despite how long the customer is waiting. The customer will be subject to the Inyo Return Policy. If an order ships off of backorder and the customer no longer wants. Please contact Inyo prior to ordering if you have any questions.

Special Order Items
Special Order Items are items that either need to be purchased directly from the manufacturer and/or an item is being custom made. In the case of an order being shipped from the manufacturer - Inyo must have confirmation from the manufacturer that the order has not shipped before an order can be considered canceled. Inyo will send an official order cancellation email once the order has been canceled. Custom made items such as in ground liners; safety covers, etc in general cannot be canceled - in some rare instances we can cancel. Please contact Inyo prior to ordering if you have any questions.

Expedited Orders
Due to the fact that expedited orders must be processed as soon as possible - a $15.00 expedited order cancellation fee will apply as long as the terms & conditions of the Inyo cancellation policy are met. If Inyo is unable to cancel the order and the order does ship the order will be subject to Inyo's return policy.

Refusing Shipments
If a customer refuses a shipment they will be subject to the Inyo Return Policy. Please contact Inyo prior to ordering if you have any questions.
