will this gasket fit a Hayward SP0583L30 model housing?
which LED bulb is the equivalent to a 500w 120v wet niche type incandescent R40 bulb that we currently need to replace?

Hi, Mike. Yes, this Hayward Lens Gasket - PL5850 will fit the SP0853L30 fixture. There is not a LED bulb that is equivalent to a 500 watts incandescent bulb. We have the Pureline Purecolors LED Bulbs, Item # PL5814 and PL5809 or the Pureline Purewhite LED Bulb, Item # PL5849 that is compatible with the Hayward SP0583L30 fixture.

Hi, Dave. Yes, this lens gasket will fit the SP-580 Series fixture. You can use the following LED bulbs, PL5808, PL5848 or LPL-P2-RGB-12.
