the band clamp is leaking when i start pump. is there one way band clamp fits on pump or is there a specific way to put on.

Roland- If you band clamp is leaking make sure you have the knob at the 12 O'clock position on the pump. If you already have it like that, I would check the housing gasket or the pump seal (depending on where it is leaking from). The housing gasket is a part # 5002-14, the shaft seal is part # 354545S, or you could get them both in a kit which is part # GOKIT5.

I have a pentair pump i need the clamp for the lower/smaller filter. I know the clear lid to the filter is part # P08080 i hope this will help. The part no on the clamp is QL17d9 but can not find this part no. Thanks

I have a Dura glas pump - mod# P4E6E-151L. It is leaking at the bottom of the plenum. I have replaced the outer seal and tightened the outer clamp - but it still leaks. there are no cracks in the housing. I am thinking that the clamp (20 yrs. old) may not be doing the job. your thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Rick, yes if your pump is a P4E6E-151L and is leaking at the clamp and you have already replaced the o-ring then yes I would replace the clamp. The correct clamp you will need is this P4E6E-151L Replacement Clamp as the 5002-07 clamp is not the correct clamp for your pump.

Hi We have leak in the impeller housing. We need to replace housing alone. We are having a hard time finding the housing for ours. The band number is 35462 9 or 0 we cant read it well, we think 9. Help Please

I have s Pac Fab Challenger 1 1/5 Hp pump which needs a new clamp band assembly and o-ring. The housing has part number p/n 35-5459 on a label attached to it. I have also attached a photo of the pump. Can you tell me the part numbers of the Clamp Band Assembly and o-ring seal I need to order?

I need a Pentair pool pump clamp; I'm can't find the identification on the pump (may be a Challenger ) but the closed clamp's inside diameter is approximately 11 inches.
