Your SP2607x10 is a Hayward Super Pump. Here is a link to the Super pump parts list. See key#11. It lists three options for your pumps's seal assembly: OEM, Generic and Sat water.

hi i REPLACE THE SEAL ON MY HAYWARD PUMP MODEL SP1510DZIXEHC. I TESTED IT WAS OK WHEN I TIGHTEN THE PROPELLER IT WOULD NOT RUN UNTIL I LOSE THE PROPELLER PLASE ADVISE. THANKS

I have a Hayward Power flo Matrix 1hp Model SP1510-Z-1-XESC that has water coming out back of pump by on/offswitch. Im thinking seals are needed but do I also need the "O" ring. Im having trouble loosening the screws that attach to the second (ceramic) seal.
I need part # for seals and "O" ring if needed. Also any suggestions on how to remove 4 screws from rear of motor

That sounds like the shaft seal has gone bad. If that is the case then water has already got to your motor bearings and your motor will fail soon as well.

I have a Swim Pro SP1524-Z-1-EFTC and the impeller has broken off at the threads. It looks like I need the impeller SP1500L and a seal. What is the correct seal to go with this, there are 3 options? Thanks!

Hi, Bill E. You can use anyone of the three pump seals listed. The OEM, Heavy Duty or Generic pump seals will all fit.

Our sta-rite just buzzes when turned on, the shaft turns but won’t spin when turned on.
Your catalog says the above is the right motor, however ours is a 1.5hp and I think is a dual speed pump.
What pump would you suggest and will our impeller fit on this pump too.

Hello Greg. According to the photos you provided your pump motor is a single-speed model. The appropriate replacement is the Century 1.5 HP model BN35v1. Century 1.5 HP Thru-Bolt 48Y Motor - BN35V1 When replacing a pump motor it is also recommended that the motor shaft seal, pump gasket, and O-ring be replaced. These parts are available in a tune-up kit, JWPA Seal Kit 1 & 1.5 HP - APCK1187. Sta-Rite JWPA Seal Kit 1 & 1-1/2 HP - APCK1187

I have a Hayward super pump and the shaft on the motor is bad and is leaking water out the bottom and I’m trying to find the right seal and I’m not having much luck from my measurements the seal is approximately 3/4” long and the id is 5/8” and the ceramic piece that goes in the housing is 11/2 od and 5/8 I’d could you tell what seal I need and if you have it in stock thanks Mark
Hello. The Pump Shaft Seal 3/4" PS-201 is the correct motor shaft seal for the Hayward Super Pump. When replacing the shaft seal on a Hayward Super Pump it is recommended that the Housing Gasket - G-95 be replaced concurrently. The Tune Up Kit Hayward Super Pump - GOKIT3 contains these parts with the Diffuser gasket, Pump Lid O-ring and lubricant included. Attached please find the Hayward Super Pump exploded parts diagram for reference.

Hello, we do not have a pre-assembled seal kit for your pump, but we do offer the individual components you need to replace when switching out a motor. For your pump, you would want to replace the shaft seal, the housing oring, the strainer oring, and the lid oring.
