Good day. I called and spoke to Pentair Technical ( 800-831-7133 ) and was told that the lid for the FNS Plus WILL NOT fit the older FNS. THey also said that the lid for the FNS is no longer made. If it has failed, you would either need to search the net for someone who has one in their backroom, or purchase a whole new filter.

Is this a suitable replacement for the 180009 FLT FNS PLS 60? I went to a pool supply house and they said it was a discontinued item. It is only 7 years old manufactured 10/18/2008.

John- The Tank Lid, 60 Sq Ft Fns Plus (170022) part # 4600-0022 is the correct replacement lid for your FNS Plus 60 Sq Ft Filter 180009.

I have a Pentair FNS Plus 60 DE filter and the lid has developed a crack. The part number on the lid is 190029 series D but I cannot find that part # as a replacement. Is the new part # 17022?

Do you (or anyone) sell the tank lid for the Nautilus FNS 60 DE filter ? It is a fiberglass lid, black color originally that joins to the base with a two piece clamp. I think they installed a lot of these back from 1990 - 2005 or so.

Hello, unfortunately, the lid for the Pac Fab Nautilus FNS filter is no longer fabricated with no replacement. You may be able to locate a used one somewhere or maybe consider replacing the entire filter with a Waterway Crystal Water 60 sq. ft. D.E. filter

Yes, this is the correct lid for the FNS Plus 60. The pressure gauge is part number 4726-0. If you need the complete air relief assembly with the gauge, the part number is 4655-03D.

My FNS Plus 60 sqft filter part number is 190029 Rev. D. Need to replace the top and bottom. Is the top replacement part number #170022 (Part# 4600-0022)and the bottom part replacement #170018 (Model #4600-0018)?

Hi Howard, you are correct.  The 4600-0022 Tank Lid, 60 Sq Ft Fns Plus (170022) and the 4600-0018 Pentair Tank Bottom Assembly 60 Sq. Ft. FNS Plus - 170018 are perfect replacements for your Pentair FNS Plus 60 D.E. Filter.

One last question. Is Model # EC-180009 the total filter replacement with internals (using the lid and base p/n 170022 and 170018 respectively)
