Robert, According to Maytronics the Cable and Swivel Assy 9995872-DIY is a "2 prong cable" and the Cable and Swivel Assy (9995873-DIY) is a "3 Prong" cable. The 3 Prong Cable is for other feature like if you have remote or can have different timer etc, if your unit has that capability.

My connector at motor is 3 prong and connector at power supply is 4 prong but only 2 wires are utilized is this cable compatible with my Dolphin deluxe 4

Hi Jerry, I will confirm with Maytronics Tech Support at 1.888.365.7446 before purchasing but from what I've gathered the Cable Assy-Diag.-20m (9995782-ASSY) will be the correct cable you'll need for your Dolphin Deluxe 4 Cleaner.

Can i replace my power cord on a dx4 myself? Maytronics dealer quoted me $525 to do this, $400 was the cable. Does not seem right.

Hi, Paul. This cable with swivel assy can be use with the DX4 (99996376) and the DX4 (99996343) models which will prevent tangling.

Hi, Monica. The Cable SWV DYN 1.2M' - 9995791-ASSY along with the Retrofit Cable 3-Pin Connection Kit - 9991279 will allow you to change the swivel.

How can I be sure that my cable needs to be replaced? My robot stopped working out of the blue after 7 years (Dolphin DX4), is there a way for me to test the cable with a multimeter? I wouldn't want to buy a 250$ cable for nothing... Can I get a refund if the new cable doesn't bring back my robot? Thanks

Would like to replace the cord on my Dolphin Advantage with the newer style swivel DIY cord type. I've seen online that you can get a new side panel with larger hole. Do you have the part number for the side panel? I'm assuming it would be for a newer model Dolphin although the video saw it was still the same teal/green color. Appreciate any info on the side panel number and cord I should get
Hi Rob, Unfortunately, If you have an older SIDE design, you will have to replace it with the older ASSY option. For the cleaner in your photo you will need this Dolphin Diagnostic Advantage Cable and this Dolphin Cable Retrofit Kit
