Can the ports be rotated in this Iron Might pump?

Per the manufacturer, the ports on the 3410030-1E Iron Might Pump can be rotated 90 degrees to the left or right.

How high can this pump push water.Drain to the pump 4 Feet up. Why does the details say 1/8th horse power but it also says 1/15hp

I am not sure why it says that on our site, it is 1/15HP, I will have to have IT change that. It appears that it use to be a 1/8HP and now is 1/15HP.
