Pump works as it should. One thing I will say is make sure to measure your intake and output lines where it threads onto the pump. I matched EVERY spec on the motor, wiring, and HP to match my old pump, and from the picture online it looked identical too. I was thinking it would be a pretty quick 1-for-1 removal and install, BUT my spa's hoses were 2" and this pump is 1.5" so my existing lines wouldn't thread onto this pump. It turned a 30 min job into a 6 hour job as nowhere stocked a reducer bushing that matched up with my existing union. I went to every wholesale and box store as well as the 1 spa dealer in town, so I ended up gutting both the new pump and my old pump and fabbing them together to have my old thread cap on the new motor. I would have just returned it and got the right one, but I didn't want to pay shipping and a $50 re-stock fee... So I got it working, but I could have saved A LOT of time and headache knowing that even though every spec on it was identical, the hose intakes were not... Still get's 5 stars simply because it works as it should, and the spec was an oversight on my part.
