Removed the fixture from the lighting cavity, removed the tension bracket around the light frame, pulled the gasket and the burnt out bulb. Not touching the new bulb with my hands re threaded it into the socket. Cleaned the fixture and glass and installed a new gasket. reassembled the tension bracket to the fixture replaced in the lighting cavity.

During the pool season the underwater light burned out. So while closing the pool I drained the pool a couple of inches additionally, then I took a screw driver, removed the screw holding it in. I took the light fixture out and took it apart removing the old bulb and replacing with the new bulb. Then I replaced the light bulb and chrome,molding and screws with a screwdriver. Then I waited until spring to turn it on, making sure water covered the light.
