Can this pump be use with a 18 round 54 high salt pool? what does tube in tube mean?

Good Morning Ms. Palmer, Hope you are doing well. The T35 unfortunately is not built for use in the United States as it is a 50 HZ electrical unit. The U.S runs on a 60 HZ electrical grid. The T55 Heat Pump would work well for that pool. Thanks Robert
