The Baracuda Ranger is designed by Zodiac to efficiently clean above ground swimming pools.
SIMPLY ECONOMICAL.
The RANGER™ is simply the most affordable, dependable automatic pool cleaner you can buy. It will thoroughly clean your aboveground pool — removing dirt, debris, bugs, twigs, leaves and even pebbles. It requires no extra plumbing and incurs no additional energy cost.
SIMPLE TO INSTALL.
You can install a RANGER™ in minutes. No tools or special plumbing are required. The RANGER™ cleans automatically, anytime your pump runs.
SIMPLY MAINTAINED.
The RANGER™ has only one operational moving part, the diaphragm. And less parts means less maintenance. If it should ever need service, its patented Quick Access Cassette System ™ lets you remove it, service it yourself and replace it, right at home.
SIMPLY QUIETER.
Other cleaners make an annoying flapper or hammer noise. The RANGER™ Baracuda Pool Cleaners are built to work quickly, effectively and quietly.
SIMPLY THE BEST SUPPORT.
Zodiac technicians are ready to provide any assistance you might need via our toll-free tech line or our website.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
The RANGER™ is covered against all manufacturing defects for 1 year, and all wear-and-tear for 1 year. Even the hoses are covered for 1 year.
The ZODIAC RANGER™ is for sale and use in the United States and Mexico only. This pool cleaner is not warranted or guaranteed outside of the United States or Mexico.

I have the ranger sweep in my pool but it has stopped moving around in the pool. The filters are all clean. It doesn't move because I think its getting too much suction. What do I need to do? Replace the round suction part on the unit?
Reply
Hi, Sharon. If the suction is too high, it can damage the diaphragm causing it to fail. You will have to reduce the suction to the cleaner and insect the diaphragm.

We have a liner pool and a couple of wrinkles with the liner on the bottom. Will this skip over the wrinkles and not get stuck?
Reply
Yes, These above ground cleaners are designed to operate with wrinkles in the liner floor.

HOW DO I ISTALL THE COMPRESSION RING ON THE ZODIAC G3 MODEL. IVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE VERY LITTLE MENTION OF IT A MENTION OF IT .
Reply
To install the compression ring on a Zodiac G3, I did find a YOUTUBE video that shows what to do. It is basically just using a little extra force. You put the ring on the diaphragm, then insert the plastic tube and "work" the ring on. Here is the link to the video. Please click HERE to watch
