Unfortunately we do not sell just the handle on this Flo Control ball valve.

I can't figure out which way to place valve to vacume pool. I have a 20'x40 inground, and am unable to close one valve to use the vacume, we have 2 on/off valves, but the red handle has brocken, and I can't figure it out.

Hi Vicki, You will have to first repair the broken valve then isolate each port to find out which valve regulates the port. After that you will need to adjust the ports to provide enough suction to operate the cleaner.

What position , vertical. Or horizontal is the ball valve in when backwashing?

Hi. The Valve Handle in horizontal to the water flow is open and vertical will be closed.

Will this fit in the waste port on Hayward sandfilter multiporr to connect my waste hose too

These will not actually fit onto or into the waste port but can be glued to 1.5 inch PVC that is connected to the waste port.

If I cut out a piece of my 1.5" waste pipe to install this valve will it fit tight around the pipe sections with just glue to hold in place, or do I need additional adapters/unions?

Hi Thomas, if you have standard 1.5 inch PVC pipe then this ball valve should glue right to that pipe.
