When installing, clean and smooth all mating surfaces. Lightly coat gaskets with 100% silicone lube. Insert bulkhead from the water side of the tank, install gasket on each side, then secure hardware evenly in a cross pattern. After the first full operating cycle, recheck torque to ensure no leaks.
