Product Description

These heavy-duty freeze protection controls are designed specifically for pools requiring one or two time switches as well as freeze protection. In addition, it has a provision to install a switching device or GFCI receptacle on the side of enclosure and additional switching devices inside. The enclosure comes complete with one T104M and one T104M201 mechanical mechanisms and also accepts any combination of T100M, P1000ME, RC2000M or PF1000M Series mechanisms.

The thermostat only for a PF1222TB is part #178T24. The relay only is part #143T135.

Hello Julie if you have a 220 volt system you will use a T104M or if it is a 110 volt then you would use T101M

Hi KD, This controller is not able to operate a dual speed pump, you will need the T10604R. If you want the freeze protection feature you will have to purchase the Intermatic Freeze Protection Thermostat Only.

A good digital replacement for the Intermatic PF1222TB1, when you only need to control a single pump, is the Intermatic PE153PF. This unit is a digital timer that allows you to program daily pump schedules while also providing built-in freeze protection to help protect pool equipment during cold weather. The PE153PF is a solid upgrade from older mechanical freeze protection controls because it is easier to program and offers more precise scheduling. It is designed for pool equipment applications and will work with pumps up to about 20 amps, making it suitable for most residential pool pumps. If you are replacing the PF1222TB1 with a digital pump-only controller, the PE153PF is a reliable and commonly recommended option.
