This waterfall has a width of 96 inches and a lip size of 9 inches. All Oasis Original Falls are backfeed. The 96-inch waterfall requires a pump that can provide 96 gallons per minute (GPM); pump is sold separately.

I live in the northeast and would have to drain this completely at pool closing. Is there an additional drain down valve, or plug on the bottom of the trough? I am worried that blowing out the feed pipe will not be sufficient to empty the water out of it.

No this waterfall does not have an additional drain down valve or plug. Normally users will just follow the standard procedure of blowing out all of there plumbing lines during winterization. I do understand your concern but we have never had an issue when customers follow the standard winterizing process.
