Like all Pentair cartridge filter systems, CLEAN & CLEAR systems feature cleanable, recyclable filter cartridges for the ultimate in carefree pool filtration. All Pentair filters feature cartridges manufactured to demanding specifications under the strictest quality control standards to make certain they produce the cleanest and clearest water while standing up for the long run.

CLEAN & CLEAR filters also feature durable fiberglass-reinforced tanks, locking ring clamp for safety, and continuous internal air relief.

  • Unionized connections for easy plumbing hook-ups.

Pros: Good filtering

Cons: No way to drain pool when rain fills it to high.

Great filter system for the price. Easily assembled, great flow for my 18' round pool. Unit runs quiet and looks great.

Pros: Hookup and start up a breeze

Cons: Brass filter connection from filter to pad...cheap and one broke immediately.

The item I order was shipped quickly. Received in less than 24 hours once shipped. The pump and filter system was easy to put together and all necessary hookups were included. One minor problem with brass connection from filter to pad. However, very satisfied with unit...works perfectly and is very powerful for our 6000 gallon pool! Thank you!
