The ss ring that the pilot screw goes into is broken. Can I just replaced that ring or do I have to replaced the whole Niche? Can I buy just the ring?

Patrick, Is this for a small spa light or a larger pool light? This will help us determine the correct part for you.

Last week I purchased your Pentair SpaBrite light fixture 78106200. When I went to install it I noticed that my Pentair Niche 78241xxx/78242xxx has a metal tab on the top that the light fixture screws into is broken. Do I need to replace the niche? I think so because I don't see how else I can connect fixture as that is a grounding screw for the fixture. This would be going into a fiberglass pool/spa. I am trying to replace my spa light with the correct parts. Thanks for your guidance.

Hi Greg, you would not want to replace the entire niche as this would be a major construction project. I would suggest this Light Wedge Repair Kit which is designed for your exact situation where the tab on the light niche breaks off.
