Large SS Niche, 3/4" Rear Hub, Fiberglass/Vinyl - 78232400

Niches are formed of stainless steel with brass fittings. All niches have internal and external grounding lugs and can be used with either metal or PVC conduit.

Additional features include:

Stainless steel housing
Brass hub; 3/4, .
Internal/external bonding lugs
Vinyl niches with chrome/brass sealing rings

Sandwich gasket for vinyl

What is the difference between a niche and a light?

A niche is a housing that is permanently mounted in the pool wall, while the light is a “fixture” that is secured into the niche.

Will this work on 6 inch light

Hi. This niche will not accept a 6" light fixture but a 10". You will need the Small Fiberglass/Vinyl - 78242200.

Pros: Template ensures proper bolt pattern

Cons: The threads on the back of the niche were tight.

This niche is well built and easy to install. The supplied template ensures that all the bolt holes line up well. The threads on the back of the niche were extremely tight.
