Is this pump safe for uses in a pool with people inside?

To reduce risk of electric shock, pull plug before servicing. This pump has not been investigated for use in swimming pool areas. Do not allow swimmers to swim with this in the pool. Pump is supplied with a grounding conductor and grounding-type attachment plug. Be sure it is connected only to a properly grounded grounding-type receptacle. Where a 2-prong wall receptacle is encountered, it must be replaced with a properly grounded 3-prong receptacle installed in accordance with codes and ordinances that apply.

I'm looking to replace a D175120T, Sta-rite manufacturer.
You website indicates it is no longer available, is there a form and fit similar replacement available?

No longer available? what do have to replace it? The one they installed no longer work I need a new in or something equivalent to it.
