Can you give me a comparison between the GW7700 and the GW9500? Will either unit work on a vinyl liner pool?

The main differences between these two cleaners are as follows:1. The Pool Shark cuts a 12" cleaning path and the Great White cuts a 15" path 2. The Pool Shark uses rubber squeegees where the Great White uses bristle type brushes. Both units may be used on a vinyl liner, gunite or fiberglass pool.

Is this for inground pools or can it be used for above ground also?

We would not suggest the GW7700 Sand Shark pool cleaner on an above ground pool as this cleaner can be too heavy for the liner and pull the liner from the track. We would suggest something like the PureLine Aqua Fusion Pool Cleaner

My pool is 18' by 40', this is the only cleaner I have found that does not get stuck in the corners. The bottom of the pool is 8' deep sloped up to 3-1/2 feet, easily cleans the pool in 8 hours
