Can you tell me how long the 75 watt bulb is supposed to last, before replacement? Also is this bulb a 24 volt one or a 12 volt unit? One last thing what is the min and max wattage that this bulb can take without causing a burn out?

We have found the 75 Watt Bulb to last 1-5 years depending on the use of the light. The bulb is 12 Volt and has a max of 88 Watts.
