Remote Control for Supervison Fiberoptic Systems. This 4 button remote control has an "On & Off" button for the power of the illuminator as well as a "Start & Stop" button for the color wheel. This one remote will allow you to turn your illuminator on and off as well as stop the system on your favorite color.

How does the remote connect to the existing unit?

This item comes with a remote and a receiver.  The receiver is mounted at the illuminator. The remote control sends a signal to the receiver to turn power on and off to the illuminator as well as start and stop the color wheel.

Does the Next Step Remote Kit SVRFCK us radio frequency (RF) or infrared (IR)?

The Next Step Products SVRFCK remote uses radio frequency.

Is there a replacement receiver that will be compatible with the SV150. Mine seems to have lost all of its range. Thanks!

Hi Steve, There is not a replacement you will have to remove the receiver from the tower and use the toggle switch to control the unit from this point.
