There are 2 white seals and 1 cork seal. Where does the cork seal on the 8949 return jet go? As in, inside the pool or on the outside of the above ground pool. Thanks

Hi, Paul. The Cork Gasket and the other Rubber Gasket is placed over the rear of the fitting and pool wall.

What size of male fitting fits in the back of this return? 2 inch or 1.5?

Hi Patrick, The back part of this eyeball is male and is designed to thread into a female swimming pool wall fitting.
