The picture shown with this item is the 2-lb size, but he description says 6-oz which would be the small bag. Please confirm what the correct size for this item is. Thanks.

Hello Greg, yes the JMYELLOW06/60 is just 6 oz. of the product, if you would like 2lbs it would be JMYELLOW2.

The picture shows the 2lb (or 32oz) version of Jacks Magic The Yellow Stuff, but the text says 6 oz. The price certainly looks like it should be for the 32 oz version.
Just making sure (amazon sells the 32oz version for $22). So which is yours?

do you use this product when you shut your pool down or when you start it up in the spring?

Hi, Michael. The product is used to remove Yellow and Mustard Algae from your pool before shutting down or after opening your pool.
