What is the length of the pipe the screen/filter sits on?
Can I get the old style with the foam filter instead of the screen?
Ever since Pentair replaced the old style with the new one we have had nothing but trouble; the screen traps too much too fast and doesn't allow pressure relief and the filter blows open constantly. The screen has to be cleaned weekly at a minimum.

Hi, The Air Bleed Tube Assy acts as a vent that channel the air from inlet to the top of the filter allowing any air trapped in the lines to be released once the Manual Air Relief Valve is opened.
