Blower Switch, H-series Above Ground (idxbls1930)
My heater turns on and the gas ignites but it only runs for about 20 seconds or so and shuts the gas off, but the blower remains on .and it will ignite again in about 3 minutes or so. What could the problem be.

My heater fires up, heats for five seconds, and goes back to prefire condition. The blower never changes speed. What voltages should I have on the low and high speed contacts. I have 115 on the low and 83 on the high.

Hi. It could be several things including a bad Blower Switch. Use the wiring diagram located in the Hayward Heaters Above Ground Manual to do a diagnose the issue.
