Product Description

This is a volute gasket used on the Pentair IntelliFlo-VF, IntelliFlo-VS + SVRS, IntelliFlo-VS 3050, Triton Whisperflo pumps.  It is also used on the Jandy JHP and PHP pumps.

This molded gasket was introduced with the re-design of the seal plate in June 1994.

Need a gasket for Jandy pump JHP 2.0, serial number 106FA 4039. It is the large gasket on end of pump between electric motor and pump. Has a 6 bolt pattern. Is this gasket ( r0555900 ) the correct one? Thanks.

Is this the gasket for a Jandy JHPU 1.0 I believe the serial number is GC4F1276 but it is hard to read as it is faded.

Hi Jose, there a few gaskets for this pump but please see this Pentair Whisperfo parts diagram where all gaskets will be listed.

The gasket is longer than the groove.

Coat gasket with silicone
Fill groove with silicone
Starting at bottom and working up both sides press gasket in groove
At top, keep working gasket until it stays in place
