My diving board is only 17 inches across. Is this easy to cut? Also the 2.5 is that the diameter of the tube?

Hi Bart, This Fulcrum is 20" in length and can only be used with the U-Fame Diving Board stand with a 1.90" Tube. I'm not sure if this fulcrum can be cut.
