Hi, Alex. Yes, this Diverter - 67-V3-3003-30G will fit the Grid Control Valve V3000.

Regarding Grid Controls Model 3000 3-Way Valve Replacement parts: Does your Diverter ONLY (67-v3-3003-30g) include Seal (3007) And Seal Retainer (3006)?? Does the word “gasket” in the product description actually refer to the item described as a “seal”?? “This is the diverter only. The gaskets shown in the picture are sold separately. ”

Hi, Annetta. That is correct, The Seal - 3007 and Seal Retainer - 3006 are sold separately.
