I could not find how to repair a MiniMax NT 250 anywhere on the internet. You will need to remove both sides of the heather and top to get access to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is under the fan grill and glued so you will need remove the screws and use a flat head screwdriver to get it free.
This is the hardest part. Be careful since you are working with gas and electric. It is not hard if you have basic mechanical ability. It is not a beginner DYI project.

It works perfectly for the MiniMax NT 250. They did not send enough rubber washers but they fixed it with a second shipment. The product includes everything you need to repair a leaking MiniMax heater.
