i have a gunite pool. the pipe on the outside of the pool wall, feeding the return jet underground, broke off clean, even with the outside pool wall, under the slab. if i bought this stub pipe kit, it will fit inside the pipe sleeve feeding the jet, going through the wall, i hope. because it expands, it will fit in tight, and then i can attach a new t-pipe fitting, to the stub pipe kit. and the jet will work again ? it is schedule 40+ 1 1/2" diameter pipe pvc

Bob, You will have to repair the broken underground pipe. The P-360 1 1/2 Stub Pipe Kit (9-100-8003) is intended to repair broken or stripped out wall connector for the Polaris Pool Cleaner.
