Hello the Pod Kit (axv417whp) PART#3259-0018 is the unit that comes with springs and just pods, no shoes

Hi, Mike. A few thing can cause the issue that you're having. To troubleshoot the cause I would recommend using the Hayward Pool Vac Troubleshooting Guide.

If you have a Hayward Pool Vac/Navigator series and you paint your concrete swimming pool then you can still use the concrete shoes.

I need wings for hayward pool cleaner part Number Hayward UV033 and UV032 and also the 4 pads for concrete pool can you tell me I believe this comes in a package. Thank you for any information. Also there is front and back flaps.

Hello Diane, yes you can order the Tune-up Kit, pool Vac+/navigator-concrete-white (axw350). All tune-up kits include: two (2) wings and flaps, four (4) shoes (cork or urethane), screwdriver, cleaning brush, and maintenance guide.

Very simple 5 min DIY
1. flat head screw driver and pop off the old shoes
2. gently push the news shoes down with your thumb
