Hello- Looking at the schematics, you should be able to flip the unit upside down, remove a screw, then push a pin out through the top of the unit which will allow you to then remove the wheel.

I have an eight year old Jandy pool sweep which works fine. To replace it is very costly. When one of the wheels kept falling off, I purchased a small replacement pack in order to fix it. It came exactly when it was supposed to. It took less than 5 minutes to install. The pool sweep is as good today as the day I bought it.

for those trying to keep their Ray-vac cleaners alive this is the genuine part to keep him going. We love our pool cleaner & had trouble finding genuine replacements. Our ray vac is doing his job easily, now.
