I recently pulled my Letro Legend out for its 10 year inspection..... Anyway the wheels were very loose due to bearing wear but the wheel screws were ground down to a flat, thin top that was very hard to remove. I finally had to break the screw cap off with a flat bladed screw driver and use pliers to unscrew the nub.
Lucky for me I didn't have to drill a hole in the wheel screw and use a pipe easy out. After some other maintenance I replaced the screws and wheel washers with new ones from INYOPools. I used a little water lube on the threads to make it easy to remove them next time I have too.

Not much to review -- they are simple plastic bolts to keep the wheels on. I had purchased a "Tune-up" kit and was surprised these bolts were not included, as over time, the plastic had become brittle and the bolt caps snapped off easily. Was very nice to see a 5th bolt (spare) was included.
