is this the correct start/run switch for Hayward motor #SP-1620-Z2-MBK Motor Mod K56N2N103A3 SER # 7194

Hi Kerry, It depends on the style and age of the motor you have, the current two-speed motor do not use this switch but SAW-25 Stationary Switch. You will have to remove the cover on your motor to see which switch you have.

On an A O Smith 2 speed motor C48L2P104 I want to replace the start switch which is a different style (photo attached). Will this work and how is it wired compared to the old switch? Thanks.
