Thermostat
have pentair mini max 1000,burner lights,no warm water comming out,would that be a bad thermostat?

Ron, It's hard to say, you'll need to have a Service Tech come out to run a diagnostic on the heater to see what is the problem.

I have a Tropic Isle heater, 20+years old (home built in 1989). Heater starts up fine but shuts off after 15 to 20 minutes. Any idea of the problem, and if the part(s) are available for it. New Pentair pump and motor, filter is fine.

Hi, Not sure exactly what's the issue, you may need to have someone come out to service that unit. Most part are obsolete for the Tropic Isle Heater, you can find the available parts via the Purex Tropic Isle Heater Parts List.

Ordered a heater part which was VERY difficult to find. After being told that the task of finding the part was almost impossible I found INYO Pool Products.
