I have an ESC48 which is not working. (No lights come on) I replaced the cell but did not fix. How do I tell if the transformer is bad? What about the motherboard? thanks,

Hi Luke, You can check the transformer with a volt meter to see if the transformer is putting out the correct voltage. If t is then the PCB is bad.
