What is the difference between "Even glow vs Fiber glow" or even the dome type
I am looking for wide angle
I have the sealed version but it seems to be more of a spot light

Hello. I spoke to Technical help at S.R. Smith ( Formerly Fiberstars ) at 800-824-4387 and was told the Evenglow is a wide-angle lens inteneded for spas , steps and fountains. The Fiberglow is more of a spot light. The part number for the Evenglow is B9937

I was told that the fiber in fiber optic lighting goes bad. I have fiber optic pool lighting that does not illuminate. I change the bulb to no avail. The bulb lights in the illuminated but does not send light to the under water lens. Is my problem the fiber optic tube? Thanks Jim
