Hello Blain - The replacement lamps were discontinued. You could replace the entire light with a Pentair Intellibrite pool light.

Has this part been replaced with a retrofit kit since it is no longer manufactured?

Unfortunately there is no replacement kit for the Jazz Light. You would need to replace the entire light fixture. Please see our many Inground Pool Lighting options.
