I have a Hayward H400IDL. Serial number : 11050129 Is this the correct replacement panel?

The correct bezel assembly for the H400IDL is the Bezel/Touchpad Assembly - IDXLCPA1930. You can also try verifying your heater by model by contacting Hayward with your serial number.

Does this assembly include the pc board attached to the back of the assembly? Thanks,

It did, however, the PCB is now a discontinued part with no alternate replacement.
