Hi, We do not have dimensions at this time for the Union Nuts Set of 2 (HAXNUT1930). These Union Nut are specifically for the Hayward H-Series ED1 & ED2 Heaters.

Amy, the thread on the union nuts can go bad. Typically, this would be the case if they are cross threaded. To find out which one is bad, visually inspect the threads on the union nut and on the unit.
