Hi. The bag is twist-locked onto the cleaner head. Instruction is available in The Pool Cleaner Pressure Manual.

It can't be beat! It hasn't shown a bit of wear or tear and our pool gets lots of leaves, acorns, etc. and our pool cleaner works a minimum of 12 hours a day.
