How do you replace the hub? Can't seem to find any way to get the old one out!

Doug, You will need to remove the pin that holds it in place. You can use a small flat head or a phillips screw driver to push it out. If you need further assistance, reply to this answer and I will email some pictures (I am unable to attach them to my answer).
