will these adjust the H400FD from sea level to 5100 ft and do I have to change the gas valve ?

Hi, James. This Burner Orifice Kit can be used with any elevation. You will need the High Altitude Kit - FDXLHAK1930 in order to operate your unit at a specific elevation.
